For all other insurances:
We are a licensed DME company; please check your benefits (unfortunately if you are on Medicare you cannot submit for out of pocket expenses on compresssion garments at this time) for your specific medical compression garment with your insurance company. Your out of pocket payment is made to Compression Garment Company. Once you receive your garment, you may submit your purchase receipt with a copy of your prescription and health insurance claim form (below) to your insurance company for reimbursement according to your plan.
