Dolly Foley, OTR/L, CLT

Dolly graduated from Texas Woman’s University, Denton, Texas in 1994 with a degree in Occupational Therapy, after which she practiced in private clinics, hospitals, and home health settings for over 20 years.

She became a certified lymphedema therapist (CLT) through the Norton School of Lymphatic Therapy in 2009.

In 2015 Dolly founded Compression Garment Company (CGC). She has strong relationships with Hawaii’s doctors and fellow certified lymphedema therapists and as a team, we are able to assist patients with management of their lymphedema and other pathologies that involve unmanaged swelling, via the use of medical grade compression wear.

CGC specializes exclusively in medical grade compression garments, and we offer advanced custom fittings for the complex patient, as well as providing education and product selection to patients, their caregivers, and medical professionals.

We are proud to offer the renowned brands of Juzo, Medi USA, CEP sports compression, Sigvaris, Jobst, Solaris and JoviPAK product lines. Our specific mastectomy care brands are Amoena and WearEase.
